How does the 10% brokered commission work?
We only take 10% if a brand discovered you through the Vifluence marketplace AND the payment runs through our Stripe Connect escrow. If you brought the brand yourself, you pay $299 flat for our contract + escrow + compliance services — never 10%.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro and Elite are month-to-month — cancel from your dashboard anytime. The $99 Protected package is one-time, no recurring billing. Your verification stays free even if you cancel everything.
I'm currently on the legacy $49/$149/$499 pricing. What happens to me?
You are grandfathered. Existing $49 Verified subscribers convert to free + $50 credit toward Pro. Existing $149 Pro converts to new $49/mo Pro with $100 credit. Existing $499 Elite converts to new $199/mo Elite with $300 credit and the first 6 months of insurance free as goodwill.
